At Sunlight Psychotherapy, community care is just as important as individual care. We’re proud to give back, show up, and support local initiatives that uplift youth, promote inclusion, and create safer, more connected spaces for healing and growth.
Local Sponsorships & Youth Empowerment
In 2024, Sunlight Psychotherapy proudly sponsored a teen team through the South Simcoe United Soccer Club (SSU), supporting youth mental wellness through sports and connection.
We also partnered with Youth Empowerment Day in Bradford—an event dedicated to inspiring young people to explore their potential and embrace their strengths.

​Supporting Pride & Visibility
For the past two years, we’ve participated in the Krasman Centers Pride Celebration, sharing mental health resources, creative sensory tools, and building connections with families, youth, and allies. We also proudly supported Simcoe Community Votes, recognizing the importance of advocacy and equity at the local level.

​Building Long-Term Access to Care
Our community work goes beyond events—we’re actively working to create sustainable, affordable mental health supports. That’s why we created Stay Golden, a sensory product company that funds The Ciara Project, our no-cost therapy program launching in January. Together, these initiatives allow us to expand access to healing for those who need it most.
