Virtual Psychotherapy
Secure online sessions allow you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space. Virtual therapy can make support more accessible while maintaining privacy and flexibility.
Areas of Focus
You don’t have to fit into a single category to begin therapy. These areas reflect some of the common experiences I support, but our work is always tailored to you—your story, your needs, and what feels most important to explore.

Emotional intensity & BPD
If your emotions feel intense, fast-changing, or hard to manage, you’re not alone. You might find yourself overthinking interactions, fearing abandonment, or feeling like you’re “too much” or not enough. Together, we work on building emotional regulation, stability, and a stronger sense of self.

ADHD & neurodivergence
ADHD isn’t just about focus—it can affect emotions, motivation, and self-worth. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated with yourself for not functioning the way you “should.” We focus on practical tools, self-understanding, and working with your brain, not against it.

Trauma & attachment patterns
Past experiences can shape how you see yourself and relate to others—sometimes in ways that feel hard to change. You might notice patterns in relationships, trust, or emotional reactions. Therapy helps you process those experiences and build safer, more secure connections.

Eating disorders
Your relationship with food and your body can feel complicated, overwhelming, or all-consuming. Whether you’re struggling with control, guilt, or body image, therapy offers a supportive space to explore what’s underneath and move toward a more balanced, compassionate relationship with yourself.

LGBTQIA2S+ identity exploration
Exploring your identity can bring up questions, uncertainty, or pressure—from within or from others. Whether you’re navigating coming out, relationships, or self-acceptance, therapy can be a space where you feel seen, affirmed, and supported in becoming more fully yourself.

Self-esteem
If your inner voice is critical or you often feel not good enough, it can impact every part of your life. We work on understanding where those beliefs come from and developing a more compassionate, grounded sense of self.
