Why the Ciara Project Exists
The Ciara Project was born out of a belief that healing shouldn’t be limited by cost or cut short by timelines. While many low-cost options exist, they're often short-term or come with session caps. This project offers free, long-term therapy to those who need it—without time limits or pressure to “wrap up” before you're ready.

How It Works
Therapy sessions through the Ciara Project are offered by practicum students completing their Master's in Counselling Psychology. These students are supervised by licensed professionals and bring fresh knowledge, warmth, and a genuine desire to help. This ensures that clients receive ethical, competent, and compassionate care—at no cost.

When & Who It's For
The Ciara Project is set to launch in January 2026 and will begin accepting new clients who are facing financial barriers to therapy. It’s designed for individuals who want consistent, long-term support but are unable to afford private sessions elsewhere. As long as therapy is helpful, you stay in the program.
